BrightMind
So what have BrightMind communities managed to do in the past month?
You are invited to share the work of our communities - that is, yours! — with friends and family, to once again strengthen campaigns that we promoted together in the last month, and, of course, help us all grow together by inviting more people to our communities!
Tell your friends about us!
BrightMind, led by Ella Kenan, created the #HamasisISIS viral campaign, removes inflammatory and false content against Israel and against Jews on a daily basis, led to the suspension of student organizations and the cancellation of antisemitic events across US campuses, fired antisemites and prevented the firing of Jews, reached more than a billion organic views for content across our various digital assets, and succeeded to establish a strong network of pro-Israel communities from all over the world. All this proved to us how much power and influence we have on social networks when we work together - and since October 7th we are here to strengthen the Israeli narrative on social networks and fight against fake news, antisemitism and anti-Israel content.

#1 - Why We Do What We Do
Many people tell us they're not optimistic about our future as Jews and Israelis and feel that the battle of the narratives online is a lost cause.
We could try to convince you, but instead, we’ll simply let the numbers speak for themselves.
Click here to see what we’ve accomplished so far and what more can still be done!

#2 - We Keep the Hostages at the Forefront
For us, October 7th is an ongoing event. As long as the hostages are not back home, it’s not over. But around the world, many people don’t even know that there are hostages in Gaza, and some haven’t even heard of October 7th. That’s why we’re doing everything we can to raise awareness about the hostages – the power to set the agenda is in our hands.

#3 - IMDb Becomes a Battleground for Narrative Wars
Many around the world are unaware of what happened on October 7th, let alone the massacre that took place at the Nova music festival. As part of our efforts to raise awareness of the Nova massacre, we are sharing survivors' stories and amplifying documentary films on the subject.

#4 - Taking Down the Network of Bias on Wikipedia
If you thought Wikipedia was free of bias—think again. Like many other platforms, Wikipedia has become a battleground for shaping perceptions.
We’ve taken this issue and made it one of our core pillars in raising awareness about bias and finding ways to address it.

#5 - Taking Action to Remove Anti-Israel Pages and Fake News Spreaders
The internet is filled with antisemitic and anti-Israel pages, and thanks to our amazing community members who spot dozens and hundreds of such pages, we’re running reporting campaigns and removing them 💪🏻

#6 - We Launched a Reporting Campaign Against an App That Boycotts Israel
Quite a few apps are being developed in an attempt to expand the boycott against Israel.
Do you think if these app creators realized that even the chips in their phones were made in Israel, and that WhatsApp and Instagram are owned by a Jew, they'd stop using those too—or is this just a passing trend?

#7 - We keep clarifying: It Was Never About Palestine
When pro-Palestinians declare "No entry for Jews" in the name of Palestine, that is clear antisemitism. When Jews are attacked around the world in the name of Palestine, as happened in Amsterdam, Brooklyn, Montreal, and Dubai just this month – that is clear antisemitism. Palestine is just an excuse.

#8 - Undermining the Legitimacy of Terror-Supporting Organizations
It seems that international organizations such as the UN, UNRWA, Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, and others operate in the name of corrupt interests rather than the purposes for which they were established. While they insist on being neutral, they appear to share common traits: hatred for Israel and a distortion of reality.

#9 - November 29th, or as it is known at the UN: Palestinian Solidarity Day
On Friday, November 29th, Palestinian Solidarity Day was observed, a symbolic date that coincides with the UN Partition Plan of November 29, 1947. We took this opportunity to raise awareness by showcasing a timeline of terrorist attacks carried out in the name of the Palestinian people against Israelis over the years, to make it clear who they have chosen to express solidarity with.

#10 - The Elites Spreading Antisemitic Blood Libels to Divert Attention from Their Media Scrutiny
On the internet, as usual, we have to deal with controversial figures, who desperately seek any bit of attention through provocations that gain them likes and followers. And what's trendier today than being antisemitic online?
We continue to expose them, while also ruffling their feathers with the truth. :)

#11 - Did You Know? Jesus Was Palestinian!
Not just Jesus! Sushi, too, is Palestinian—oh, and the lightbulb inventor? Palestinian as well! It seems like everything was Palestinian—they just got there first. You know the saying, if you can't beat them, join them? Well, we decided to hop on the trend with the goal of mocking the Palestinians and exposing their cultural appropriation attempts.

#13 - Hamas Is ISIS
When people cheer for Hamas at anti-Israel protests around the world, they are cheering for a terrorist organization that targets not only Jews but anyone deemed a "heretic"—Christians, members of the LGBTQ+ community, Israeli Muslims, political rivals, and those suspected of collaborating with Israel.
